A routine that works for you
Every service doesn’t need the same calendar.
You might want home cleaning every two weeks, a balcony clean in spring and eavestrough care in fall. Carpet cleaning or roof washing can be discussed when the condition calls for it.
Your VIP plan can also include scheduled preventative maintenance, such as suitable sealant upkeep identified in your roof photo report. We’ll agree on the ongoing care and any priority-service arrangements as part of your proposal.

Does submitting this form start a subscription?
No. It sends an interest enquiry. You review and approve a separate proposal and agreement before any paid membership starts.
Do monthly payments mean monthly visits?
No. If agreed, 12 monthly payments spread the cost of an annual package. Each service follows its own agreed schedule, whether that is routine indoor cleaning or seasonal exterior care. Review the annual total, payment schedule, cancellation terms and any remaining balance before agreeing.
Can I combine indoor cleaning and exterior services?
Yes. Tell us which services you want to discuss, including home cleaning, carpet cleaning, balcony care, gutters and preventative upkeep. You can also start with one service. Each service has its own scope and frequency in your proposal.
Is pigeon-waste removal included in balcony care?
Pigeon-waste removal is an extra, assessed from photos and the buildup present. Standalone cleanup can also be arranged without a full balcony clean. We confirm the price before work starts.
Are repairs included?
VIP focuses on cleaning, reporting and suitable preventative maintenance. Shingle blow-off repairs are separately assessed and priced. Active leak investigation, torch-on work and complex roof repairs require a specialist. Existing customers can request paid repair coordination, with the fee agreed first and specialist costs separate.
Does priority service guarantee an emergency visit?
No. Your proposal sets out any priority-service benefit. Timing still depends on availability, weather, safe access and the work required. VIP is not an emergency leak-response service.
Can I request services you don’t offer yet?
Yes. The optional future-services list helps us understand demand. Those choices are feedback only and are not included or promised in your plan.
