You’ll be the first person many homeowners meet from Curbwell. The role is about a friendly introduction, useful information and a clear next step for people who are interested.

Start the conversation

Introduce yourself and Curbwell, find out what the property needs and explain the relevant services and current offers.

Connect interested homeowners

Use our service information and QR codes to help people explore their options and request a quote. Record contact details only with their permission.

Follow through with Brandon

Pass along accurate enquiries and notes. Brandon confirms the service scope, final price and scheduling with the customer.

Represent Curbwell well

A helpful approach.
No pressure at the door.

We’re looking for clear communicators who are dependable, organised and comfortable working outdoors. Previous sales, canvassing or customer-service experience is useful; tell us what you would bring to the role.

Be friendly, honest and respectful of people’s time.
Respect no-soliciting signs and leave when asked.
Use approved service details and offers; don’t promise work or discounts that haven’t been agreed.
Keep customer information private and follow up on the details.

Introduce the services that fit the home: eavestrough cleaning, balcony cleaning, pigeon-waste cleanup, roof photo reports, preventative maintenance, home and carpet cleaning, or ongoing VIP Home Care.

You’ll work directly with Brandon and use Curbwell’s current service guides and flyers to keep each conversation clear and consistent.
