Are gutter cleaning and eavestrough cleaning the same service?
Yes. Gutters and eavestroughs are two names for the channels along your roof edge. Our cleaning removes reachable leaves and debris, checks accessible downspouts and tidies the immediate work area.
Can you clean eavestroughs with gutter guards?
Include photos and let us know the type of guards when you request a quote. We review whether the gutters can be reached and whether guard removal or other additional work is needed before confirming the scope and price.
How does the $25 annual-care offer work?
New customers who sign up online for annual residential eavestrough care receive $25 off their first cleaning after we confirm eligibility, price and safe access. Choose Annual care and select the ANNUAL25 offer in the form. Your online request is sent for review. One discount per property; it cannot combine with other offers. The online price range is before the discount. Pay per visit, with no monthly subscription; future prices and appointments are confirmed separately. Repairs are extra, and promotional emails are optional.
Can I choose cleaning just once a year?
Yes. Select Annual care in the form. We record your once-a-year preference and arrange each visit with you. It is not a monthly subscription or an automatic appointment. Your next annual follow-up is based on when your first cleaning is completed. One roof photo report valued at $250 is complimentary per property every 12 months with cleaning.
Can I arrange both spring and fall cleaning?
Yes. Choose the spring & fall maintenance plan in the quote form. We confirm the scope, price and date of each visit with you. Pay after each completed cleaning. Cleaning photos accompany each visit, and one roof photo report valued at $250 is complimentary per property every 12 months. There is no annual prepayment or automatic renewal; repairs and extra visits need a separate quote and approval.
Can you carry out preventative roof maintenance while you’re here?
Where suitable, yes. Brandon is a roofer and can discuss preventative roof maintenance during the visit. Preventative maintenance depends on condition, safe access, weather and available materials. We provide a separate quote and need your approval before starting; same-visit completion is not guaranteed.
Are roof repairs included in the cleaning price?
No. The complimentary annual roof-report offer does not include repairs. Preventative maintenance and shingle blow-off repairs are separately approved work. Complex repairs require a roofing specialist. Selecting a repair quote request does not add a repair price to the online estimate or authorise any repair.
What is included in the base cleaning?
Removal and bagging of reachable debris, downspout flow testing where practical, cleanup of the immediate work area and cleaning photos. Your first cleaning includes a complimentary roof photo report valued at $250; another is available with cleaning after 12 months. Limit one per property in any 12-month period.
Is the online estimate my final price?
No. It is a realistic planning range. Your price is confirmed after we review the address, home height, access and any gutter guards or heavy blockages.

Does the roof report replace a roof inspection?
No. It provides helpful photos and visible observations from the work area. It is not a certification, engineering assessment or guarantee that every issue has been found.
