Before booking, tell us about outdoor taps, gardens, ponds, nearby surfaces and any access limitations. These details help us plan the protection and work area.
We plan protection for landscaping and nearby surfaces, along with runoff handling. The cleaning method must suit the roofing material and manufacturer guidance; asphalt shingles are not high-pressure washed.
Water supply: A working outdoor tap with adequate supply is required. Wells and water restrictions need to be discussed in advance.

What determines the price?
Residential roof washing From $449 CAD. Size, pitch, height, access, buildup and the protection required determine the final quote.
What do you use to treat algae and moss?
We apply hypochlorite with a compatible surfactant at low pressure on suitable roofs. This treats algae and moss while helping the solution stay in contact with the surface. We use your outdoor water supply and plan protection for surrounding plants and surfaces.
Do you need our water supply?
Yes. A working outdoor tap and suitable water supply are required. Tell us about wells, water-use restrictions and tap access before booking so we can confirm suitability.
Will the roof look completely clear immediately?
We discuss the expected appearance and treatment timeline for your roof before work. Results depend on the type and extent of growth and the condition of the roofing; we do not promise an instant, like-new finish.
Is gutter cleaning included?
Full gutter cleaning is a separate service. You can select both services in the same quote request so we can agree a combined scope.
Can zinc strips be added?
Zinc strips are a separately quoted option for suitable roofs after existing moss has been addressed. We review roof condition, compatibility and installation before recommending them.
Can this be part of ongoing care?
You can discuss roof washing as part of an ongoing home-care plan. Visits, scope and any payment schedule need a separate agreement; requesting a quote does not start a subscription.
