Balcony cleaning starts at $179. Pigeon-waste removal is extra: select it above if needed. Send photos so we can confirm the scope and full price.
For different balcony sizes, list the sizes in your notes. The displayed price is a starting price per balcony, before applicable tax; we confirm the whole job from photos.
Photos required before we confirm your quote. Add photos above, or email clear photos of the buildup and surrounding area to info@curbwellpropertycare.ca, including your name and property address. You can submit this request first and email photos afterwards if you prefer.
Standalone pigeon-waste cleanup starts at $149. With balcony cleaning, pigeon-waste removal is an extra quoted from photos. Buildup, affected area, surface and access determine the charge; we confirm the full price before booking.
Before-and-after work photos included. Spike installation is a separate selection, from $149 for 10 feet of strip; access and complexity affect pricing. Tell us the approximate strip length and location in your notes. Active nests, bird removal and enclosed-space remediation are excluded. See prices and service details.
Annual or recurring care can be discussed after the initial cleanup. A 12-month payment plan requires an agreed annual scope; selecting a frequency does not start a subscription.
One discount per property; cannot combine offers. Eligibility reviewed before quoting. Applies to the gutter cleaning only. Future visits priced separately.
