Do you quote by room or by square footage?
We review the actual area, carpet type, condition, stairs and access, then provide a project quote. Room counts or floor plans help us understand the work; there is no published flat rate for every building.
Can the work be scheduled around residents or staff?
Tell us your preferred working hours and access restrictions. We confirm a practical visit and drying plan before booking.
Can several units be quoted together?
Yes. Send the unit list, approximate carpeted areas, photos and deadlines. Different sizes or conditions are identified in the proposal rather than assumed to be identical.
Are all stains and odours guaranteed to disappear?
No. Treatment depends on the source, carpet condition and previous products used. Permanent staining, wear or contamination beneath the carpet may need a different approach. We review expectations before work.
Who will carry out the cleaning?
