What does the $299 starting price include?
The starting shingle blow-off service includes one bundle of shingles for an agreed localized repair. Height, pitch, roof condition, damage and safe access affect the final price. Extra bundles are quoted separately before approval.
Can you fix a roof that is leaking?
Tell us about any water entering your home when you enquire. A shingle blow-off repair is not a general leak investigation or a promise to resolve an underlying leak. Complex leaks, damaged decking and flat-roof repairs need an appropriate specialist.
Will the new shingles match?
We check the type, colour and availability with you. Age, weathering and discontinued products can make an exact match impossible.
Do I need to book a cleaning too?
No. This is a standalone service. ANNUAL25 and the grand-opening free-cleaning offer apply to eligible cleaning services, not this repair.
Does sending the form book a repair?
No. Your request starts a review. Scope, price and timing must be confirmed before booking, and timing depends on weather, safe access and availability.
