Curbwell service guide
A fresh balcony. A clear scope.
Balcony cleaning and pigeon-waste cleanup are separate services. You can book either one or ask us to quote them together.
Complete balcony cleaning · from $179
Care for more than the floor.
We agree the accessible surfaces with you: flooring and corners, railings, suitable walls, balcony-facing windows and doors, frames, tracks and sills.
We review the size, condition, surfaces, access and building rules from your photos. Your final price is confirmed before booking. Pigeon-waste removal is extra and quoted separately.

Standalone pigeon-waste cleanup · from $149
Only need a particular area cleaned?
You do not have to book a complete balcony clean to request pigeon-waste removal. We assess the affected area and buildup from your photos, along with surfaces, access and collection requirements.
We also assess suitable patios, decks, entrances and roof areas. The starting price is not a full-balcony package; your written quote identifies the area and work included.
Show us what needs care.
Send an overview, close-ups of buildup, approximate measurements and access details. We’ll confirm the work and price before you book. Prices in CAD before applicable tax.
